Family-friendly environment welcomes fathers & sons for shared experience
ROUND ROCK, Texas (August 22, 2019) – Gambuzza’s Barbershop is an innovative new barbershop concept that blends Italian barbering tradition with the latest trends and techniques. This new location is a prototype of a national rollout, and is the joint venture of two salon industry icons, Frank Gambuzza and Gordon Logan.
Gambuzza and Logan are experienced entrepreneurs: Frank Gambuzza is a nationally-recognized educator and industry trend-setter in barbering techniques, operating extremely successful barbershops (formerly Frank’s Barbershops) in Tennessee; Gordon Logan is the founder and CEO of Sport Clips Haircuts, the nation’s largest franchise dedicated to men’s and boys’ haircare with over 1,800 locations in all 50 states and Canada. Gambuzza’s is positioned as a premium barbershop, a perfect complement to the Sport Clips concept which is a more affordable alternative. This is the prototype of a national rollout of this new concept as a franchise, building on the Sport Clips model for franchising success.

As part of its grand opening celebration, Gambuzza’s Barbershop will host a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce at 12:15 p.m. on September 3 and a second ribbon cutting ceremony with the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5. Gambuzza’s Barbershop also will be accepting donations of new and gently used books, DVDs and CDs to benefit the Round Rock Public Library.
Gambuzza’s Barbershop will offer:
- Haircut services for men and boys, including straight razor shaves for the head and face, beard trims, straight razor line up and hair designs
- Barbers and stylists trained by Frank Gambuzza, award-winning and nationally recognized barber
- A fun atmosphere with a beverage bar serving root beer served in frosted mugs, shuffleboard and other games to play while you wait
- Exclusive line of proprietary haircare products – Gambuzza’s Superior Haircare Products – available only at Gambuzza’s Barbershop
Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
